1. Do I need to be in a WiFi area?

Definitely not. As long as your iPhone has reception you can use TelphinCall’s dialer.

2. Do you dial regularly or do you need a special acc ess code?

Our dial-pad looks just like your regular iPhone dial-pad.  Your contact list is integrated so you can just click on one of the contact’s names to get in touch.

3. Do I dial and get con nected immediately, or is this a callback situation?

It’s a callback – you are connected within seconds

4. Does my regular mobile carrier charge me for these long-distance calls, or do I pay Telphin?

You pay Telphin the low VoIp rate. You don't need to chan ge any thing about your current phone provider. As far as your provider is concerned this is an incoming call which is free in many countries.

5. Do I have to sign a contract with Telphin?

There is no long-term contract.  You pay only for the minutes you actually talk.  You do have to agree to our terms of service in order to subscribe.

6. How do I pay Telphin, at the end of the month or do I have to prepay?

 Just replenish it by logging into your account at www.telphin.com. From here you can also monitor your call history as well as edit all your personal settings.

7. Is there a difference in price depending on where I call, or is it the same price no matter when I call?

We do not charge you any differently no matter where you call from.  However your provider may have some additional roaming charges when you travel over which we have no control.
